Taronga transforms the backyard into a premium retreat, combining a custom pool, architectural screening, and a spacious alfresco area designed for year-round entertaining. With clean modern forms and carefully considered lighting, the space feels luxurious, welcoming, and perfectly connected to the home.
The initial concepts
The vision for Taronga was to create a high-end outdoor area that felt like an extension of the home — a space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying warm evenings with family and friends. The design needed to be modern and visually striking, but still functional, private, and low-maintenance.
We introduced strong architectural lines, a custom pool with glass fencing, and an alfresco pavilion with integrated lighting to set the mood day or night. The feature screening adds texture and privacy, while the seamless steps and open flow make the entire space feel connected and inviting. Throughout the build, communication stayed open and collaborative so the end result reflected exactly what the owners envisioned.
